Shipping Information

Shopping online at Virtual Fashions is safe and secure and available 24 hours a day. Just add items to your shopping cart, then proceed to the Checkout and follow our easy instructions. Upon completion and acceptance of your order, you will receive a confirmation sent to the email address provided during checkout. Once you have received your confirmation, please review for accuracy and contact our Customer Service at 800.730.1044 right away if something is not correct.

Sorry but no Canadian or other international orders will be accepted at this time.

How much will my shipping rate be?
Virtual Fashions utilizes a tiered shipping rate based upon the subtotal of your merchandise order (before any applicable taxes or discounts). Orders shipped within the Continental United States will be shipped via FedEx Ground delivery service or USPS. Destinations such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO and Guam will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Merchandise comes factory fresh from the Carilyn Vaile warehouse. Current colors and sizes will be available from an items “pull down” menu. If you do not see a size and color, chances are it is not available at this time. Items identified with an asterisk (*) are
in stock and ready to ship in just a few days. If the item you are ordering does not have an asterisk, it will need to be requested from the Carilyn Vaile warehouse for processing. Orders may take up to 2 weeks to process. You will be informed via email of any lengthy delays and be provided an approximate order ready date. If you have questions on how long your order will take, please contact us and we would be happy to assist you.

Multiple item orders will ship when all garments are available regardless if an item is marked as available immediately. If you require an garment right away and you do not want to wait for all items to be combined, you can request a split-order. Additional shipping charges will apply. Some merchandise items although available online for order selection may be backordered or custom made. Such merchandise can take up to eight weeks for processing. For extended delays, our Customer Service department will attempt to contact you by email or phone to advise you of the anticipated ship date. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped. Exceptions are for special orders where your card will be processed in advance and there is no refunds. Please be sure before you order to reduce problems.

Express Delivery
Express delivery is only available for merchandise which is in stock at the warehouse. Virtual Fashions utilizes USPS Express Mail, the most economical express service available. Depending on the time your order is received, express delivery may not be shipped until the next business day causing a slight delay.  Please contact Virtual Fashions customer service at 800.730.1044 before placing your order if you would like to receive express delivery. We can verify stock availability and provide the latest express delivery charges based on your intended order.

International Orders
No international orders are accepted at this time. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

Refusal or Return of Delivery
In the event a package is refused for delivery or returned due to the inability to deliver, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges incurred by Virtual Fashions. Upon return of your order to our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping on a free shipping promotion. Any additional fees incurred due to delivery issues or address correction will be charged to the customers credit card on file.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided
Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges incurred by Virtual Fashions. Additional shipping charges will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping on a free shipping promotion. Additional shipping charges will automatically be applied to the original credit card used during checkout. Please verify your correct shipping address before you complete your online order to avoid additional fees. If a delivery carrier charges Virtual Fashions for any adjustments, we must pass this charge on to our customers.

Tracking Your Order
In most cases, your order can be monitored by a carrier tracking number and a link to their web site. You will receive an email notification of your tracking number once it has been accepted by the courier.

NOTE: Virtual Fashions is not responsible for ANY merchandise once your order leaves our warehouse. Should your order not be received in a timely manner, please contact the carrier directly and provide your tracking number.
