Returns and Exchanges Details

You have 15 days of receipt of your order to review and request a Return Authorization code (RA#). Merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of order shipment with a valid RA# noted on your package. Any item returned without a valid RA# will be refused. The original cost of shipping and handling is not refundable. All costs associated with returning merchandise to Virtual Fashions is the responsibility of the customer. It may take up to five business days for your financial institution to post credits to your account. Exchanges are subject to merchandise availability and are limited to two per original order. Returned merchandise is immediately inspected upon receipt at our location.

There must not be ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR USE including pet hair, perfume, markings, etc.
All original hang tags and display stickers must still be attached if applicable
All products must be contained in original enclosures or plastic bags
Returned items should be in the condition you would expect to receive new merchandise yourself
Merchandise that is not in resale condition will be returned at customers expense

Merchandise should be shipped by commercial services such as UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail, and it is recommend that you purchase insurance and tracking for your items being shipped. Virtual Fashions is not responsible for any merchandise that is lost or damaged while being returned.

Special request items, swimwear, jewelry, Sale and Clearance merchandise are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE and considered final purchase. Please be sure before you order.

For merchandise returned from an order where a Free Shipping promotion was used, actual shipping charges that Virtual Fashions incurred to initially ship the item will be deducted from the total before the refund will be issued.

Do not return any merchandise prior to obtaining a Return Authorization (RA#) using our automated request. No phone or email return requests will be provided. Any merchandise sent to Virtual Fashions without a valid RA# will be refused and returned at customers expense.

To submit and exchange or return request, follow this simple process
  1. Login to your account and view order history by clicking here
  2. Select to view the order for the item you are returning or exchanging
  3. At the bottom, select the "Create an RA" link
  4. Complete the form and submit
  5. You will receive an RA# and instructions and address information. If an item is NOT returnable even though you received an RA#, you will receive an email explaining the reason and your RA# will be canceled
  6. If your return or exchange request is denied, this most likely means your request exceeds our return policy timeframe or items are non-returnable as outlined above
