Factory Fresh Merchandise
Virtual Fashions only ships brand new, factory fresh merchandise direct from the manufacturer. Items are inspected by our warehouse staff prior to packaging your order to ensure all contents are free of defects or other problems. Virtual Fashions does not produce any products, we are only an authorized retailer for the items we sell. Should you experience any quality or manufacturing issues, we may refer you to the manufacturer to resolve your issue directly.

Returns and Exchanges

Sales Tax
Virtual Fashions corporate office is located it the state of California and is obligated to collect sales tax designated for the county of Los Angeles (9.75% as of 07/01/09) on orders shipped within this state.  Outside of California, no sales tax will be added to your order.

Order Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.  Virtual Fashions reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.  Virtual Fashions reserves to right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you , to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item or make appropriate adjustments to your total prior to charging your credit card.  When you check out using our shopping cart, your order will be calculated based upon items in your cart.  An adjustment to your total may be made to reflect actual items shipped, delivery charges and possible surcharges, or corrections to your total.  At no time will you be billed for an item unavailable for shipment, except for "special orders".

Virtual Fashions accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards as payment.  Sorry, no other payment methods are available at this time.  Your credit card statement will show the following company name: Virtual Fashions.  

In order to reduce the chance of electronic credit card fraud, we may require additional information, verification or authentication before accepting your order.  You will be notified either by email or by telephone if additional information or verification is required to complete your order.  This may include  the CVV (3 digit code) from the back of your card, the AmEx card number on the front, or a handwritten signature copy of the cardholder authorizing the use of the selected credit card. Our Customer Service department will contact you if this information will be required to complete your transaction.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product price is listed incorrectly due to typographical, electronic or human error, Virtual Fashions reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card information processed.  At no time will Virtual Fashions be obligated to sell an item to a customer below the true intended market price due to a typographical or display error.
