Virtual Fashions is providing shipping at no-charge for all merchandise orders of $75 or more during the checkout process. Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority or First Class mail depending on weight of merchandise and includes tracking information. Normal table shipping charges apply for orders of $74.99 or less. This is a limited time offer and will expire soon, so order now and save.
For any item purchased that includes free shipping and you decide to return it, the original shipping charges incurred by Virtual Fashions to send the initial order will be deducted from your credit total amount.
For any item purchased during our promotion and you decide to exchange it, additional shipping charges will apply to the exchanged item based on our tiered shipping rate table listed below. Customers are responsible for costs to send the exchanged item back to Virtual Fashions.
The original cost of shipping and handling is not refundable. All costs associated with returning merchandise to Virtual Fashions is the responsibility of the customer. Please see our Returns and Exchanges page for more details.
Standard Shipping Rates
Virtual Fashions utilizes a tiered shipping rate based upon the subtotal of your merchandise order (before any applicable taxes or discounts). Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx SmartPost or USPS First Class Mail for smaller/lighter items. Shipping rate includes insurance and tracking. When your order is prepared for shipping, you will receive and email with tracking details.

Merchandise is shipped from our location in Southern California and can typically take 2 to 5 days to reach your location when it leaves our facility. You will receive an email with tracking information once the shipping label is prepared so you can monitor your package at USPS.com

How long will it take to receive my order?
Merchandise comes factory fresh from our manufacturer warehouses. Current colors and sizes will be available from an items “pull down” menu. If you do not see a particular size and color, chances are it is not available at this time.
Some merchandise items although available online for order selection may be back ordered or special request. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped. PayPal payments will be processed at the time of checkout.

Free Shipping Promotion Information
For merchandise returned from an order where a Free Shipping promotion code was used, actual shipping charges that Virtual Fashions incurred to initially ship the item will be deducted from the total order amount before a refund will be issued.
Express Delivery
Express delivery is only available for merchandise which is in stock at the warehouse. Virtual Fashions utilizes USPS Express Mail, the most economical express service available. Depending on the time your order is received, express delivery may not be shipped until the next business day causing a slight delay. Please contact Virtual Fashions customer service at 800.730.1044 before placing your order if you would like to receive express delivery. We can verify stock availability and provide the latest express delivery charges based on your intended order.
International Orders
No international orders are accepted at this time. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
Refusal or Return of Delivery
In the event a package is refused for delivery or returned due to the inability to deliver, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges incurred by Virtual Fashions. Upon return of your order to our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping on a free shipping promotion. Any additional fees incurred due to delivery issues or address correction will be charged to the customers credit card on file.
Incorrect Shipping Address Provided
Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges incurred by Virtual Fashions. Additional shipping charges will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping on a free shipping promotion. Additional shipping charges will automatically be applied to the original credit card used during checkout. Please verify your correct shipping address before you complete your online order to avoid additional fees. If a delivery carrier charges Virtual Fashions for any adjustments, we must pass this charge on to our customers.
NOTE: Virtual Fashions is not responsible for ANY merchandise once your order leaves our warehouse. Should your order not be received in a timely manner, please contact the carrier directly and provide your tracking number. If the carrier has lost your package, we will assist to provide information for your package claim.
