Please do not return any merchandise prior to obtaining a Return Authorization Code (RAC)
using our automated request form below.
Review our policy before you purchase. By submitting your
order during the shopping cart checkout process acknowledges your acceptance of
our Return and Exchange policy outlined herein. Please contact Virtual Fashions
immediately at 800.730.1044 to cancel or make any corrections to your order
before we begin to process it.
Non-Returnable
MerchandiseItems that are special order, cut to
order, or Clearance Rack merchandise are NON-RETURNABLE. These items are
considered final purchase. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Please be sure before you order.
Normal Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date your merchandise is
shipped from our warehouse to return your purchase in resalable condition.
Each order includes a shipping invoice in your package and a RETURN & EXCHANGE
INFORMATION form stamped with your last day to return or exchange qualified
merchandise. The original cost of shipping and handling is not refundable. All costs associated with
returning merchandise to Virtual Fashions is the responsibility of the
customer. Merchandise returned following our 30 day policy or not marked with a
valid Return Authorization code will not be accepted and may be refused..
Credits will be issued as your
choice of store credit for future purchases at www.VFashions.com,
or amount refunded to the original credit card on file.
It may take up to five business days for your financial institution to post
credits to your account.
Merchandise should be shipped by commercial services like UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS Priority
Mail, and it is recommend that you purchase insurance and tracking for your items being shipped.
Virtual Fashions is not responsible for any merchandise that is lost or damaged
while being returned.
Returned merchandise is immediately inspected upon receipt at
our office. Any signs of wear, hair, makeup, smudges or scents not consistent
with new merchandise will be subject to cleaning fees. Merchandise that is deemed
not restorable to resale condition will be returned at customers expense.
There must not be ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR USE
All
original hang tags and display stickers must still be attached
All products
must be contained in original enclosures or plastic bags
Returned items should be in the condition you would expect to receive
new merchandise yourself
Exchanged Merchandise
Exchanges are accepted
within 30 calendar days from the date your merchandise is shipped from our
warehouse to return your purchase in resalable condition. Exchanges are subject to
merchandise availability. Exchanged merchandise must meet the same requirements
as returned merchandise above. There will be a shipping charge for actual
shipping fees per
exchanged order to cover shipping costs and will be billed to the original
credit card number on file. All costs associated with returning your exchanged
merchandise to Virtual Fashions is the responsibility of the customer.
Please complete the online Return Authorization Request (RAC) form BEFORE you return your
merchandise.
Damaged Merchandise
If you receive merchandise
that is damaged, please contact Virtual Fashions.

For returns and exchanges, a
RAC must be requested within 30 days from your order ship date by completing the request form below.
Merchandise received by our warehouse after the date stamped on the
Return Policy form included in your package will have expired and may
be refused. Any fees incurred will be the responsibility of the
customer.
