As our valued customer, you are assured that we have a very strong
commitment to protecting your privacy. We will not disclose information
about you to outside parties. This means that we will not provide, sell
or rent your name, address or other personal information about you to
anyone outside our company. By creating a customer profile, your
information will be stored on our system in a safe, secure manner and
remain private.
To make a purchase, you will need to create a customer account. We will
require certain information such as your name, shipping and billing
address, phone number and email address. This information will be used
to process your order and allow you, the customer, to review your
account information and purchase history as well as process returns and
exchanges. By creating a customer profile on our web site, you agree to
all terms, conditions and privacy policy information posted on our web
pages.
We collect and store your billing and credit card information. This
information will only be shared with third parties who perform tasks
required to complete the transaction. Examples of this include
fulfilling orders and processing credit cards or Pay Pal transactions.
Once you submit your order to us, your credit card information is not
stored on any outfacing web server pages that could be compromised by
outside sources.

Wen you create a customer profile, you will be prompted to create a
unique password. This password will be saved in an encryption format,
and only be known to you. Our Virtual Fashions team cannot view your
password and can only assist to reset your password at your request.
Forgot your login password? No problem! Just enter your email address
for your login account, then select the “forgot your password?” option
and a temporary password be sent to you via email. Once you log in, you
can then change the password to your own choice by selecting the
“change my password” option.

You may receive periodic emails regarding sales, special offers or
privacy change updates from Virtual Fashions but we will keep such
mailings to a minimum. If you do not desire to receive sales

and request to have your email removed from our distribution list.
If you have created an account with us and no longer wish to be in our
customer database, you can request to have your account information
removed. This includes name, address, email, phone, purchase history
and credit card information.
